When I was moving my things in, I had one last big item I was going to move myself with a dolly and Mike the maintenance guy wouldn't take no for an answer -- he uncomplainingly helped me move a dresser up the stairs to the 3rd floor and wouldn't accept anything in return. It would have been a very tedious thing to do and it was so kind of him to help. Apartment looks great, everything works wonderfully. Kaitlyn in the office had everything impeccably organized for my move-in. Thanks!
